Mental health awareness and action was a lifelong passion of my wonderful friend Alasdair who's loss I, and so many others, are still trying to understand and live with.

He would have been very happy to see money raised for this great cause, and would also have enjoyed the idea of me trying to haul my lanky body through a marathon! I'm excited to run this for him, and any donations received are greatly appreciated.
