Hey everyone, Josh here - thanks in advance for helping me fundraise for Summer Search! Any contribution – small or large – helps make a positive impact for kids here in New York.

I'll be quick: Summer Search is a national youth development organization. For 30 years, they have been focussed on bridging the educational opportunity gap faced by students from low-income backgrounds, particularly students of color. They do this by partnering with high schools and families in underserved communities to provide students mentoring, experiential opportunities, college advising and support, fostering and strengthening the skills they need to thrive in school and in life.

This is a mission that's important to me - as financial inequality is becoming increasingly pervasive; especially in cities like New York. As someone who's personally had the privilege of having mentorship early in my career, I know how much of a difference small actions and relationships can have down the line.
