Every community has a heartbeat — and for me, that heartbeat has always been Winchester District Memorial Hospital and Dundas Manor.

I was born at WDMH, and it’s been a part of my life ever since. My grandpa passed away here with compassionate care, and my grandma spent many years at Dundas Manor surrounded by staff who treated her like family. These places mean so much to me and to my family.

That’s why I’m running the 10K at Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend — to support the WDMH Foundation and the care that stays close to home. Thank you for considering a gift. Your support helps ensure these special places continue caring for our community for years to come.
