Each year, community members gather at Newburyport's Waterfront Park to walk a scenic 3-mile route in honor of victims and survivors of domestic violence, and to raise needed funds for the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center.

Story

It's that time of the year again. I am raising money to help support the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center where I have worked for the last 18 years. As always I am grateful for your support in whatever way you can give.

About the campaign

Each year, community members gather at Newburyport's Waterfront Park to walk a scenic 3-mile route in honor of victims and survivors of domestic violence, and to raise needed funds for the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center.

About the charity

Our mission is to empower individuals and engage communities to end domestic violence. We offer free, comprehensive services that support adult and child survivors healing from the trauma of domestic abuse; prevention programs in schools; and tools to reduce domestic violence homicides.
