For over 20 years, Baytex has proudly sponsored adopt-a-family programs in and around Calgary and this year we are excited to be partnering with Closer to Home to continue this tradition.

Since 2010, Closer to Home’s Adopt-a-Family initiative has brought hope and holiday joy to vulnerable families in Calgary and area.

Our donations will provide gift cards to parents, caregivers, and children, giving them the most meaningful gift of all—choice. Families can buy essentials like diapers and groceries, or choose special gifts to brighten the holidays.

A portion of each gift supports Closer to Home’s Community Fund, helping families year-round, and covers essential program costs so every dollar makes a real difference.

When we reach our goal, we will be matched with a family and share a glimpse into their journey—so we can see the lives we’ve touched together.
