With your help in this year's Thankful Hearts Walk, we will raise funds for priority needs in Ross Memorial's Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation program, and help even more patients achieve their health goals following the diagnosis of heart and lung conditions.

I had a heart attack on Valentines Day of 2024 and was in hospital for 2 weeks. I was referred to the Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation program after my recovery. I had a very positive experience with the Cardiac Rehabilitation program which helped immensely in getting me back into a exercise routine and living a healthy lifestyle. I truly believe that it helps in a patient's recovery to be given a heartfelt push to get to a right and healthy life.
