Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity.

They support young people aged 16-25 and the newest hub to open will be in Coventry.

The youngsters can stay with Centrepoint for up to two years. After this, they keep supporting them for another six months to make sure they can live independently.

After the age of 16 young people fall out of the care system and Centrepoint offer continued support, otherwise they fall through the cracks and often remain homeless.

Centrepoint provide accommodation, health support and life skills to get homeless young people back into education, training and employment. Amazingly, 93% of Centrepoint young people move into their own homes or reconnect with their families, get their first jobs or go to university.
