On Oct 14th, I will be taking part in the 2023 RUN FOR HOPE, which raises funds for much needed equipment for the Fraser Canyon Hospital and Fraser Hope Lodge. Back in 1974, I was born at the Fraser Canyon Hospital and over the years this hospital has served many friends and family members with great care. The Fraser Hope Lodge cared for both mine and Aaron's grandfathers prior to their passings.
