I am a living kindey donor. I donated in London Ontario, January 2021 & returned to running just 3 months after donation. I am an ultra marathon runner, participating in races from 50-100kms pre-donation, completed my first 100 mile race in 2022 post donation & a 200 mile race in 2024 that was the subject of my documentary "One Kidney 200 Miles". I'm running every race at Ottawa Race Weekend; the 2km, 5km, 10km & Full Marathon to demonstrate life without limits post donation.
