I'm taking part in £1K Your Way, raising £1,000.00 in one year, for CCLG.

Our little boy Thomas was diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia in April 2023. This month (April) marks a year since his diagnosis and he is doing really well and has returned to school but he still has a long 3 years of chemotherapy to get through. He is only 7 years old and despite everything he has faced he has shown such resilience and determination and continues to smile and make those around him laugh daily!

The treatment he has received is amazing and the research CCLG carry out is so important to saving children with cancer and also looking for kinder treatments.

It was originally Thomas and his big sister Lucy's idea to raise some money for charity, starting with them gathering up their ttoys and books they no longer wanted to do a carboot sale! We have now raised around 15k in tital for various different charities and we want to keep it going to help other children and families in the same situation.
