Five years ago, my family and I moved to O'Fallon, IL, as our next step in my military career. Little did we know, the YMCA would become our haven, igniting a passion for fitness and community well after post military life.

From our youngest to our oldest, the YMCA has worked its magic into our lives. Our kids have blossomed here learning to swim, discovering new sports, and even landing their first jobs. It's a place where opportunities are boundless and support flows freely, day in and day out.

Today, I'm not just a member—I'm part of the YMCA family, inspiring others as a group instructor and personal trainer.
