I am taking on the Superhero Triathlon in Aug this year to help raise money for Spinal Injuries Association.

SIA are on a mission to ensure people affected by spinal cord injury live a fulfilled life. They provide the tools and support needed to adapt to everyday life, with a focus on healthcare, emotional well being and advocacy; not just from the point of injury, but for a life time.

I myself was injured in 2002 in a RTA. SIA helped me to go skiing in Sweden a few years ago and I would like to give back.
