In memory of my fabulous Mumsie, whose birthday it is on the date of the walk. She is sorely missed and was looked after at home by Rennie Grove Hospice Care. They are registered charity offering services to support local patients diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. By offering a 24-hour responsive hospice at home service in combination with other services such as day hospice and family support, we allow our patients to choose how and where they want to be cared for towards the end of life.
