Deferred until 2026
A couple of years ago I could barely run a mile let alone 26.2 but on 27th April, I’ll be taking on the challenge of running my first marathon, in support of Mind.
Mental health affects all of us, and over the last few years running has been a big part of improving my own mental well-being and has been a much-needed outlet during some tougher times
Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing mental health problems and campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
Any donation, no matter the size, will make a difference.
