On the 11th May I will be running the Bromsgrove 10km for the 3rd time. The run is a beautiful route, with lots of hills to battle.

It is in aid of Blood Cancer UK. It’s a very worthy cause, a charity who do research into blood cancer and treatments and support families who are going through the most difficult time.

My dad passed away from myeloma, a type of blood cancer, 21 years ago, so it’s a cause very close to my heart.
