Story

We are walking 25km which is no mean feat in order to raise as much as possible for the dogs of Stokenchurch Dog Rescue. I am taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh for the two days before it so will be walking 55km in 3 days. I have never walked so far before!

About the charity

Stokenchurch dog rescue was originally formed by local residents in 1963 to save the lives of stray and unwanted dogs. We never destroy a healthy dog, believing that somewhere there is a kind and permanent home for every dog. We also take in and care for the sick, the old and the traumatised.
