SCOPE (Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education) is a nonprofit funder of overnight summer camp and college scholarships, creating pathways to potential through Camp, Classroom, College, and Career for children and teens from under-resourced communities who commit to staying in school.

I chose this organization because of my love for camp. Tripp Lake Camp is where I made many of my most cherished memories, and I want everyone to get to experience the way I feel when I am at camp. When I am at camp life just feels perfect. Camp is like a second home to me, and my camp friends are like my sisters. SCOPE helps people who aren't as lucky as me to get to enjoy the feeling of being at camp, and find their own brothers/sisters.
