“It’s cancer.”

In that moment, the world stops. The most loved people in our lives — our mums, dads, daughters, sons, wife's or husbands — suddenly face the scariest battle of their lives.

...And you would give absolutely anything to take it away from them. To protect them. To change the outcome. But.... some things are beyond our control.

What we can do is fight alongside them. Stand next to them. Support them and make sure they never feel alone.

That’s why I’m taking on HYROX and raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Because when cancer tries to take everything, support means everything.

Every single donation matters — big or small. Every pound helps someone get advice, treatment support, or simply someone to talk to when they need it most.

It’s our duty to help. It’s our duty to support. Because one day — hopefully not — we or someone we love may need that same helping hand.
