I have taken part in the Aberdovey Bike Ride since 2012, which is truly an epic bike ride on all levels!

This year I will be rider No 50 as I will turn 50 years old on the day of the ride (Friday 16th June)

As you may know the Aberdovey Bike Ride raises money for multiple charities each year and this year my nominated charity is one of those selected.
