Hey there!

I’m Lauren, the Senior Director of Operations and Strategy at Camp Quality Canada. I’ve had the privilege of being part of this incredible organization for the past seven years. During that time I have seen firsthand the impact camp has on kids affected by childhood cancer. At Camp Quality, kids get the chance to simply be kids again, to laugh, play, and create lasting memories in a place that truly understands their unique needs. From leading choreographed camp dances to cheering on every camper as they try new things, I’ve loved being part of the joy and energy that make camp so special.

This year, I am running the Tamarack Ottawa half marathon to help make those moments possible. Every dollar raised goes toward the $2,500 it costs to support a camper, covering meals, activities, medical care, and so much more - ensuring every child can attend camp free of charge. Your donation helps bring more smiles, more laughter, and more hope to families who need it most.
