This May, I'm taking on the HYROX challenge in Cardiff alongside my good friend Wakie, for Macmillan Cancer Support.

It's likely we will be among the most unfit people participating. It's probable that one of us will end up in tears. And it's definite that our t-shirts will remain on throughout (at our wives' request - no doubt they're concerned about the alpha sexy energy emanating off us both).

We have pledged to raise £1,000, which would support 24 hours worth of Macmillan nurse time. We'd be so grateful for any donations to help me reach our goal.
