Blessings to all who read this,

An uncomfortable part of going on missions is just this! Raising and asking for money to go on this trip, however, I would like to think about it differently. To me, its apart of the testimony and story we get to tell people on why we do the things that we do and go to the places the Lord has called us to go. When asked why are you here, we get the pleasure of reminding ourselves of the community and body of Christ that shares in the blessing and struggle of our brothers and sisters and we get to share that with the people we are ministering too. This trip and the ministry we get to do is but a reflection of what the Lord has already done in us and is asking us in obedience to do through us. Beyond money, we also ask for your prayers. My dream for this trip is that we overflow Cartagena with the presence of the Lord and that every step, every word, every heart is filled with the unending joy and peace He brings.

Acts 20:24 "But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God."
