This March, I’m running HYROX London for Macmillan Cancer Support — and for my brother, Nico.

Last year in November I ran my first HYROX in Dallas, TX while Nico was still with us. He passed away on November 28, 2025. This race, and every race I will ever run, is for him.

HYROX is an intense fitness race combining running and functional workouts — eight 1km runs, eight workout stations. I know I have the strength to do this because I’ve seen firsthand how far grit, love, and the human spirit can carry us.

While the fundraising minimum is £400, I’m hoping we can raise much more in Nico’s honor to support people living with cancer across the UK.
