This May, I am joining the Sharing in Student Success (SISS) campaign at the Ottawa Race Weekend. I am running to ensure every child in our city starts their school year on equal footing.

The Mission: Equity from Day One

We are running for a specific moment of dignity: the first morning of the school year. The Caring and Sharing Exchange works to ensure that no student’s potential is limited by the contents of their backpack. By participating, I am helping provide brand-new supplies so students can walk into class with their heads held high.
