Team MedBrief take on the Superhero Triathlon 2025 for SIA!

Mike Lewis is raising money for Spinal Injuries Association

Superhero Tri Challenge · 16 August 2025 ·

On 16 August 2025 our team of incredible Superheroes are taking on the Superhero Triathlon to help people affected by spinal cord injury to live fulfilled lives.

Story

Team MedBrief is taking on the Superhero Tri this August in support of Spinal Injuries Association.

Jess and Mike are honoured to be joined by real-life superhero, Rob.

Rob lost his sight suddenly as an adult and also lives with significant hearing loss. But none of that holds him back. He’s run the London Marathon, water-skied, and continues to inspire everyone around him with his strength, humour and grit. He truly embodies the spirit of the Superhero Tri.

Why Your Support Matters

Imagine waking up one day and being told you’ll never walk again. For thousands of people with spinal cord injuries, this is their reality. Everyday things—getting dressed, making a cup of tea, hugging your children—become enormous challenges.

By supporting the Spinal Injuries Association, you’re helping people rebuild their lives. You’re funding expert advice, peer support, and campaigns that fight for better care and opportunities. You’re helping people regain independence.

Thank you for being part of our mission.
