Story
Here we go again!! 👀😅
Feeling beyond ✨ lucky✨ to have been offered a chance to run the London Marathon 2025 for MIND
A charity that is so so vital in the support of people affected by mental health issues and also in reducing the stigma surrounding those issues.
It’s ok not to be ok, but it’s not ok to feel that way alone and each year, 1 in 4 of us experiences a mental health problem.
I think anyone of us would struggle to say we’ve never suffered with our mental health, hence why I feel running for a charity like MIND is important.
Some of you may have followed my first marathon experience in 2023 (ballot place) and know how much I absolutely adored it.
The London Marathon is just something so special and I feel very lucky to be doing it for a second time and trying to raise as much as I can for such an amazing charity.
Cliche I know, but I feel like it changed my whole mindset on life and I’m SO excited to be on this journey again, this time with the added pressure of raising £2,200 (along with raising two small children and running a business, but who doesn’t love a challenge 👀😅)
If you’ve visited out of choice, had it thrown in your face by my constant marathon chat or even just stumbled across this page then I’m very grateful for your time.
Any donation, no matter how small will be so greatfully received both by myself and Team MIND and I will be thinking of every one of you lovely donators as I run those 26.2 miles, and the hundreds of miles of training before I get there!
I guess I’ll see you on the start line.. 🤢
Here’s to London 2025! 🏃🏻♀️🇬🇧🥴
