Story
Shalom,
Dianne and I are excited that we will be riding in Israel along with 100 disabled veterans in Courage in Motion 2026 (CIM) from October 11-15.
It has been my honour to be the chair of this event for many years. October 7 changed everything … Since that day, over 25,000 Israelis have been injured while defending their country. For these men and women, the fighting may have stopped but their real battle is only beginning. Beit Halochem has been the rehabilitation home to now up to 75000 disabled veterans and their families. This year Beit Halochem is opening its newest facility in Ashdod as the needs of the disabled continue to grow.
Beit Halochem Canada provides the funding for each Israeli disabled veteran who wants to cycle in CIM 2026, including the young newly injured Heroes. Your sponsorship will enable these riders to participate in this incredible event. With your help, we can ensure that all the wounded men and women who want to cycle are included.
I hope that you will support Israel's disabled veterans by making a donation on our behalf to the Courage in Motion bike ride
