I am taking on the Superhero Triathlon for SIA 2024 on the 17th of August. I've chosen to take on the longest option, which includes a 750m swim, a 20k cycle, and a 5km push. This personal triathlon is not just a physical challenge for me, but also an opportunity to support the incredible work of SIA, a charity dedicated to empowering and assisting individuals with spinal injuries.
