Story

I'm excited to share that I'm participating in the 2025 Sac Century Challenge on October 4th, and I'm fundraising to support the Sacramento Children's Home Crisis Nursery. This incredible program is the only one of its kind in Sacramento County, dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect by providing essential support to families with small children during their most challenging times.

The Crisis Nursery offers a safe haven for children ages newborn to five, allowing parents to bring their little ones for emergency hourly or overnight care. This vital service not only helps keep families together but also significantly reduces the number of children entering foster care. By donating, you empower us to continue this important work, ensuring that our community's most vulnerable children have a safe place to stay when they need it most.

I am asking for your support in reaching our fundraising goal of $2,000. Your generous contributions will help us provide respite for parents during times of crisis and build a strong support system for families in need throughout the Sacramento area. Together, we can make a difference and create a brighter future for these children. Thank you for considering supporting this worthy cause!
