Over recent years I have a new found respect for our forces and the sacrifices they make to protect our country and waters.

My beautiful family and wonderful friends have a long history of sacrifice and dedication to the Navy and this is a small gesture to show my love and support of their commitment and to the continued incredible work that is happening every day.

The annual Spinnaker Tower Abseil in Portsmouth is a thrilling event with a powerful mission: to raise funds for the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity. Brave supporters descend 100 meters down the iconic tower, all to make a real difference in the lives of those who have served in the Royal Navy.

The funds raised provide critical support for service members, including funding for injured personnel, mental health services, and financial aid for families. Thanks to the generosity of participants and donors, the event has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds, directly benefiting the Royal Navy community.
