Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana provides safe and enriching environments for young people after school, offering programs focused on academic success, character and leadership development, and healthy lifestyles. Serving over 8,000 youth annually throughout their 10 Clubs in Lake and Porter Counties, they are committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.

A bit about me...

I am a dedicated public health professional and Project Manager at the Lake County Health Department. With a Master of Public Health and over 10 years working at UChicago Medicine, I’ve spent my career focusing on initiatives that promote community well-being and health equity. I’m passionate about using data-driven strategies to improve access to essential services, strengthen local partnerships, and empower individuals to take charge of their health. My role allows me to work on projects that address some of the most pressing health challenges in our community, from improving access to healthcare to promoting health education and engagement. I truly believe that by working together, we can create healthier, more resilient communities.

My work is grounded in the belief that collaboration is key to driving positive change. By connecting with local leaders, organizations, and community members, I help foster partnerships that amplify our impact and ensure that health initiatives are sustainable in the long run. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how the right resources and support can transform lives, and that motivates me every day to keep pushing for better health outcomes for all. Whether I’m working on a new health campaign, coordinating services, or engaging with the community, my mission remains clear: to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families in Lake County.

As a Clubhouse Hero during the 2025 Clubhouse Hero Challenge from May 25 to June 8, I am competing against other local leaders to see who can raise the most funds to support bright futures for our region’s youth. If I win, I will deliver on a special promise for the kids at one local Club. Your contribution gives our region’s children the tools to become the superheroes of their own stories.
