I’m fundraising through Hockey for Horizon, a charity hockey game where individuals raise money to support Easter Seals Camp Horizon; a place where kids and adults with disabilities experience adventure, build confidence, and find true belonging.

Many families caring for someone with a disability rarely get a break. Camp Horizon gives campers a week of independence and fun while their caregivers receive much-needed respite. It’s more than camp, it’s a lifeline for families and a confidence boost for campers.
