HYROX is taking the fitness world by storm, and Macmillan are proud to be their exclusive charity partner! HYROX is a fitness race for everybody, no matter your fitness level.

Story

This March we are taking on the HYROX challenge to support people living with cancer for Macmillan Cancer Support.

HYROX is the fitness race that combines both running and functional fitness. I’ll be taking on a course of a 1km run followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

This cause has become even more personal for me. Cancer took my uncle in 2023, and watching how quickly it affected him and how deeply it impacted everyone who loved him has stayed with me ever since. Seeing firsthand how devastating this illness can be has made me determined to do what I can to help others facing the same fight. I know how profoundly cancer affects families everywhere, and I want to play even a small part in making things a little easier for someone else.

I have pledged to raise £400, which could run the Macmillan Support Line for nearly an hour. I’d be so grateful for any donations to help me reach my goal.

📖 £10 could pay for 10 copies of the Help with the cost of cancer booklet.

📱 £20 could provide one session of emotional support to a person living with cancer with a Macmillan Buddy.

💚 £39 could pay for a Macmillan Nurse for 1 hour.

There are currently over 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It’s Macmillan’s goal to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, but they can’t do this without donations from people like you.

Thank you so much for your support.
