My North Star is empowering women and girls. Both of my daughters were Girl Scouts, and some of my most cherished memories are of the adventures we shared—the travel, the friendships we built, and watching them grow into confident, courageous young women.

I can see how Girl Scouts shaped who they are today. The skills they learned, the challenges they embraced, and the experiences they had continue to influence their educational paths and career aspirations.
