I’m excited to be part of Team CIM for the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend 2026! I’m fundraising to support Connected in Motion (CIM), an organization that empowers and connects people living with Type 1 diabetes (T1D).

I was diagnosed with T1D three and a half years ago, as an older adult. Going back to running post-diagnosis was a challenge, but it's also been incredibly satisfying. I've figured out running with T1D largely on my own, but I don't think anyone should have to do that :-)
