Why I’m Running for BGC Ottawa

As I lace up for the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend, I’m running for more than just a finish line.

My experience in Ottawa’s sports community has shown me how important it is for young people to have a safe space to grow and be themselves, which is exactly what BGC Ottawa creates.

That’s what drives me. Every step I take is about helping create more opportunities for youth in our city.
