Story
Newcastle Marrow has been working to get as many students onto the stem cell register as possible. So far this year we've recruited over 400 Newcastle Students onto the stem cell register, and we want this number to grow even higher!
Newcastle Marrow is a part of the network of lifesaving students who work with the blood cancer charity, Anthony Nolan. There are over 50 Marrow groups, with hundreds of student volunteers in universities across the country, who are all working towards one thing - saving the lives of people with blood cancer.
It costs Anthony Nolan £40 to add each new potential lifesaver onto their stem cell register. So together let’s fundraise to support those facing blood cancer and blood disorders.
