Thank you for taking the time to visit our donation page in honor of Addison Eva Medeiros. Addy was loved by so many from the moment everyone found out she was on her way.

Unexpectedly, on December 18th, 2025 Addy was born in critical condition and immediately transferred to the CHEO NICU by the critical transport team. She fought so hard to be here and although her life was short lived, it was surrounded by deep love from her parents, Maria and Nick, and her family. Her impact on us all has been unmeasurable and in memory of Addison, our team is coming together to raise money for the CHEO foundation. The CHEO staff was there for our family when we needed it the most. The outstanding care, dedication, and compassion they provided will always be remembered.

We will be running alongside sweet Addy during Ottawa race weekend and for the rest of our days. We truly appreciate anyone reading and for your donations to continue honouring her memory.
