Story
Choosing a charity place it was an absolute no brainer to pick a charity like Mind - I’m running in memory of my dad and all the other dads who have lost their lives due to mental health.
Loosing my dad in 2019 to mental health was such a big shock to my whole life, and something I’m still working through every day. When you look at the statistics and realise how many people struggle with mental health it’s crazy how charities such as Mind don’t get as much support as possible.
I decided to do the London Marathon to not only push my limits (everyone thinks I’m crazy) but to run for a charity like this is so rewarding. I can battle through a day of running when people I know and love battle through mental health every single day.
I’d love any support I can get! ✨
