Story
5 months ago, our dad suffered a heamoratetic stroke which left him unable to use the right side of his body. We are grateful for the support we received during this time. Myself, Layken and Dalton will be taking part in Skip for Stroke to raise money.
Skip for Stroke is a fun way for us all to keep active and raise vital funds to help stroke survivors find strength through support.
Your fundraising can help in incredible ways:
• £50 could help us fund research to find new ways to help stroke survivors with communication difficulties.
• £145 could help run a long-term communication support group, empowering stroke survivors to achieve the best possible level of communication, improving confidence and supporting with independence
• £250 could pay for one hour of Helpline activity, helping the families of stroke survivors support their loved ones after stroke.
