Annual Food Drive and Fun Run

The Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) is the leading hunger-relief nonprofit in Central Texas, working to provide immediate and equitable access to nutritious food for individuals across its 21-county service area.

Story

Community is our middle name, and building and supporting community - on campus and beyond our gates - is a primary focus at Parkside. Every year, through our annual food drive and Fun Run for the CTFB, we have helped fill the tables of our Central Texas neighbors with delicious food and Parkside love!

Our families and friends are encouraged to contribute to our efforts in one or more ways:

- donate food items during our October drive

- make a monetary donation to this perpetual donation page

- pledge to support our Elementary Fun Run in May

Each of these options lends a helping hand to those facing food insecurity and allows our food bank partners to continue working towards a hunger-free Central Texas. As a community, we want to offer the Simple Gift of a good meal to families in need, so please donate today, tomorrow, or all year long.
