As many of you may know, Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity is one of my very favorite organizations. I truly think it is extremely empowering to help build a home for a family alongside a team of volunteers. To do it with a group of best friends is even more special! Women Build is an opportunity to join with other women to help a female-led family achieve their dream of homeownership. By raising funds and working to help build a house, we can change lives forever and build a strong and resilient community. No experience is necessary! All tools are provided and the Habitat staff and skilled volunteers will be there to guide us along every step of the way. You will learn new skills, make new friends and create wonderful memories. Looking forward to seeing you on the job site - I will be in a pink hard hat!
