As many of you know we have lost close family to stroke so I am taking some time to Spin for Stroke! I'm challenging myself to cycle 300 miles in January and raise money to help stroke survivors find strength through support. Please support this challenge in any way you can. Thanks Paul.

• £150 could help run a long-term communication support group, empowering stroke survivors to achieve the best possible level of communication, improving confidence and supporting with independence.
