Story
Dear Family & Friends
Please allow me to share with you my reasons for participating in the upcoming Strictly Kilbryde challenge.
Kilbryde Hospice provides excellent palliative care to its patients and greatly supports their families throughout a very challenging time.
I have personally witnessed the high levels of compassionate care and expertise, during the illness and sad passing of Richard a very good friend of ours.
Another great friend of ours, Donna Ballantyne Mortimer, who was a driving force for the completion and opening of the hospice also passed after a remarkable fight.
This disease knows no boundaries, which unfortunately means more and more of our loved ones, like our beautiful niece, Stephanie, who lost her long and courageous battle at the age of 27, which was a devasting blow to all who knew and loved her.
To care for such patients, the Hospices needs funding, undertaking this tumulus task is my wife Lesley and her team. Knowing the hard work and effort she and her team input, makes me very proud of her.
If by dancing/moving! for 3 minutes, I can support Lesley, her team, and the Hospice in raising funds for this wonderful cause, bring on the glitz!!
Please donate as much as you can.
Let's keep dancing and raising vital funds for Kilbryde Hospice through Just Giving.
Thank-you All.
Paul
