HYROX is the fitness race that combines both running and functional fitness. I’ll be taking on a course of a 1km run followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

We have pledged to raise £400 each, which could run the Macmillan Support Line for nearly an hour. I’d be so grateful for any donations to help me reach my goal.

💚 £39 could pay for a Macmillan Nurse for 1 hour.

There are currently over 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, but they can’t do this without donations from people like you.
