Welcome to my fundraising page! I am participating in Hike for Hospice Calgary on May 3rd, 2026.

For anyone that has followed my story over the last year, you will know how much this means to me. 2025 was a milestone year for me in many ways- turning 40 and also hitting the year where I have lived as many years without my mom as I did with her. My mom's journey with illness, death and the grief experience that followed, shaped me in so many ways. At the time of my major life milestone last year, the opportunity to make a career move to Hospice Calgary presented itself. And needless to say the timing felt serendipitous to walk through that door. Since joining the Hospice Calgary team I have been blown away at the level of person and family centered care and the level of intentionality, compassion and human connection at every touch point.

This is my first Hike as Executive Director at Hospice Calgary and I am jumping right it. Jumping in for my mom, for me and for all the families we have the privilege to support on their journeys at Hospice Calgary. So, I am calling on my network to help me out in this endeavour.

Every dollar donated helps people find hope and well-being through compassionate support and exceptional care during advanced illness, end-of-life, and grief.
