This year, I am taking on The Big Half 2024, a challenging 21km/13.1 half marathon, to support the Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group (CCLG). The cause is close to my heart as I have witnessed the struggles of children battling cancer. CCLG is a leading children's cancer charity in the UK and Ireland, dedicated to ensuring that every child receives the best possible treatment and care. With over 30 children diagnosed with cancer each week in the UK and Ireland, the need for support is urgent. By participating in this event, I aim to raise funds to contribute towards vital research and provide support for young patients and their families. Together, let's make a difference in the lives of these brave children.
