The YMCA reaches so many lives in so many different ways—whether we’re teaching children life-saving swim skills, expanding access to early childhood education or helping seniors combat isolation. And because of the generosity of donors like you, the possibilities are endless. More families have affordable childcare. More cancer survivors discover a community of recovery. Through your generosity, the Y has been able to:

• Provide nearly $2 million in financial assistance for families, seniors and individuals accessing Y programs and membership in Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming.

• Serve thousands of children with licensed childcare programs annually, including preschool, after-school care and summer camps. Of those families, 1,200 had the financial burden of childcare relieved by YMCA or state childcare fee assistance, allowing parents to work, support their families and contribute to the economic vitality of the region.

• Ensure that infants, toddlers and school age children have access to vital early childhood education. For kiddos who receive donor-funded scholarships, preschool offers a way to leap the opportunity gap and overcome the obstacles of poverty.
