This May, I will once again be participating in the Tamarack Race Weekend in Ottawa and for the first time, I’m running for a cause. This year I’m proud to be running in support of ALS Canada.

Founded in 1977, ALS Canada works alongside the ALS community to fund research and provide critical programs and services to those affected by this devastating disease.

I’m honored to run for this cause, and grateful for any support—whether that’s a donation or simply sharing this post. 💙
