The Brain Tumour Charity's London Marathon team are raring to go and ready to run towards a better future for everyone diagnosed with a brain tumour. We can't wait to take on the 26.2 mile course through the streets of London on Sunday 27 April 2025.

Story

*** It is now a bigger challenge - Tokyo Marathon 1st March & London 26th April. Thanks for all your kind donations ! ***

On 31st December 2013, we lost a dear friend, Tristan Cano, after a courageous battle with a rare and complex brain tumour known as Anaplastic Pleomorphic Xanthoastrocytoma (PXA).

Those fortunate enough to have known Tristan will always remember him fondly and cherish the good times shared. His strength and determination in facing his illness, along with his ability to make the most of every moment, left a lasting impression on all who knew him. It’s impossible not to miss him, and his unforgettable smile. I just wish we could have another night out !

It is about time that I did something in his memory and in 2025, I need to kick the daft injuries and get back to business, ticking off the London Marathon.

Every penny that I raise, will go to this amazing charity supporting research into brain tumours, looking for better treatment for those affected. I appreciate any donation you can make.
